How to withdraw from the contract

Withdrawal from the sales contract can be made by the customer without a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, as follows:

a) in writing by e-mail: info (at) vetom.club or

b) in writing to Vetom Club s.r.o., P.O.Box 76, 120 00 Praha 2

Goods must be returned to the seller within 14 (14) days of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by the buyer. In other cases, the claim for refund of money to the buyer is extinguished.

In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the buyer must return the goods to the seller undamaged, unused, packed in the original packaging.

The purchase price will be returned to the buyer to his account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods to the seller.

The buyer will bear the cost of returning the dispatched consignment upon withdrawal.

If the customer does not pick up the ordered goods, the sender may charge the costs ocurred on delivery and return of the shipment

Consignments sent back for COD (cash on deliver) will not be accepted.
