How to claim goods
Complaint of goods is only possible if a damaged shipment or products are received. Complaint must be made no later than 5 days after receipt of the shipment as follows:

Goods must be claimed and returned in their original packaging. The purchase price of the claimed goods will be returned to the buyer on his account no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods to the seller. The returning mail cost is covered by the customer. Consignments sent back at COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.
Temporary worsening of health condition during use of the preparations is not a reason for complaint, please follow instructions in the Business Terms and Business Alert.
